2. Penjagaan Kesihatan: Urutan boleh menolong mengekalkan tahap kesihatan penerima. Ia boleh menjauhkan aduan biasa seperti pening kepala, sakit otot/urat dan sakit perut. Meningkatkan pergerakan tubuh, sistem fisiologi dan system ketahanan serta keseimbangan tenaga dalaman.
